Vantage and Heron jointly announced a strategic manufacturing-capacity agreement. Vantage says it secured more than 1 GW of manufacturing capacity for Heron Link solid-state transformers intended for future hyperscale data-center campuses.
Evidence boundary
This is a named operator-to-supplier future capacity commitment. The release does not identify a commissioned campus, shipped units, acceptance tests, operating hours, price, or independently measured field performance. Heron separately says mass production at its first large-scale factory is planned for late 2027. The accepted single-instance deployment stop therefore does not advance.
