Refund Policy
Manual Service Refund Boundary
Scope, price, delivery timing, review rounds, and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before payment.
Before Work Begins
Cancellation follows the accepted written scope. If no research capacity or third-party cost has been committed, any refund eligibility is confirmed in writing.
After Work Begins
Fees are generally non-refundable because research capacity and computational or third-party costs are consumed. Exceptions include duplicate payment, failure to deliver the agreed scope, material service error, a written exception, or rights required by applicable law.
Rush Service
Rush handling costs USD 399 per request in addition to the selected service tier, subject to capacity and written acceptance. Rush service does not bypass evidence, privacy, or authorization controls.
Digital-Asset Settlement Exceptions
Underpayment, overpayment, wrong-token, and wrong-network cases require manual review. Network fees may be deducted where applicable. Refunds are not automatically redirected to a newly supplied third-party address.
