Paid Pilot Refund Boundary
Checkout remains disabled until final seller and payment configuration is complete. These are the operating rules the paid pilot must implement before activation.
Before Delivery
Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on whether research work has begun and whether custom scope has been accepted. Final terms must be shown before payment.
After Digital Delivery
Because paid reports are digital research deliverables, post-delivery refunds are limited to the published terms, duplicate payment, material fulfillment error or other approved exception.
USDT Exceptions
Underpayment, overpayment, wrong-token and wrong-network cases require manual review. Network fees may be deducted where permitted by the published terms. Refunds must not be automatically redirected to a newly supplied third-party address.
