Manual Service and Settlement Terms
MATRIX ASIA PACIFIC LIMITED provides request-based StructEvidence research services from Hong Kong. A written scope, price, delivery window, and review boundary must be confirmed before payment.

Product
Services include Verified Research Reports, Custom Structural Audits, and Enterprise Evidence Reviews. They are not investment advice, brokerage, exchange, custody, statutory audit, or legal advice.
Pricing and Settlement
Standard service fees are USD 199 for Claim Verification, USD 1,999 for Decision Context Review, and USD 4,999 for a Decision Pack, subject to an accepted written scope. Rush handling adds USD 399 per request when capacity is confirmed in writing. Any optional digital-asset settlement does not replace the contract, quote, invoice, or delivery terms.
Delivery
Paid artifacts are delivered privately after payment verification and applicable freshness, review, GDR authorization, and integrity checks. Payment does not guarantee release of an artifact that fails those gates; in that event StructEvidence will contact the customer to resolve delivery or refund status.
Cancellation and Refund
Before work begins, cancellation follows the accepted written scope. After research begins, fees are generally non-refundable because research capacity and computational or third-party costs are consumed. Exceptions include duplicate payment, failure to deliver the agreed scope, material service error, written exceptions, and rights required by applicable law.
Evidence Cut-off and Service Cycles
Each engagement covers evidence available and accepted up to the explicit cut-off timestamp stated for that delivery. No revision rounds are included. Evidence published later requires a separately purchased collection cycle. When a subsequent cycle is purchased, qualifying new evidence is incorporated and any superseded prior state is corrected within that new delivery.
Corrections
Research may be corrected or superseded. A correction creates a new version; previously delivered report identity remains traceable.
